Meet your therapist
I’m Kristen Lambert, PT, DPT, a licensed physical therapist with a doctorate in physical therapy and a specialty in pelvic health. I created Corewise to offer a gentle, holistic space where you can reconnect with your body. Whether you’re navigating pelvic pain, recovering postpartum, or simply seeking to feel more balanced and strong, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
In our sessions together, you’ll find thoughtful listening, expert guidance, and a calm environment where your story is honored. My approach blends clinical expertise with a holistic, whole-person philosophy — because your pelvic health is about so much more than just muscles or exercises.
It’s about feeling connected, confident, and truly at home in your body. I’m honored to walk alongside you on this journey toward greater ease and balance.
FAQs
-
Pelvic floor physical therapy is a gentle, evidence-based approach to address issues like pelvic pain, urinary or bowel concerns, and core weakness. It involves education, guided movement, breathwork, and hands-on techniques (taught virtually for self-treatment) to restore harmony to your pelvic floor and surrounding muscles.

Telehealth allows you to receive personalized care through secure video sessions. I’ll guide you through assessments and therapeutic exercises step by step, so you can feel supported and confident at home.
I chose to offer pelvic physical therapy through telehealth to make this essential care more accessible to a wider range of people. Virtual sessions can be a wonderful option if you:
Don’t have a pelvic health specialist nearby, or local rates are out of reach
Feel unsatisfied with the care you’ve received so far and are seeking a fresh, holistic perspective
Find it challenging to leave home, whether due to caring for young children, older adults, or simply the demands of daily life
Above all, please know I will always prioritize your well-being. If I ever feel that in-person pelvic therapy or a visit with a physician would better serve your needs, I’ll discuss it openly and help you connect with trusted providers in your area.

Rooted & supported…
Picture your pelvic floor like the roots of a tree — strong, adaptable, and deeply connected. Trust in its quiet wisdom.
A mindful moment…
Where in your body do you feel ease right now? It might be the tip of your nose, your fingertips, or your feet resting on the floor. Let that sense of ease expand.
Breathe in compassion…
Offer yourself the same gentle care you’d give a dear friend. Inhale softness. Exhale judgment.
